At Painmeds365, we try our best to meet your needs and ensure that you are satisfied with our products. If we fail to meet certain criteria’s, we proceed to issue a refund based on the following conditions.
You will be asked to send us a picture of your damaged products for the name of proof, after verifying it we will start the refunding process ahead.
You will be eligible for a refund if:
- Customer can claim refund if delivery is taking more than 15-20 days.
- The ordered item comes with expiry date
- The ordered item is broken or damaged during transit ( The partial refund will be done according to the number of broken pills)
- The item ordered is defective
Note: Refund amount will be calculated After deducting the cost of processing fees ,Shipping from both side and the pills consumed.
Mode of refund depends on the circumstances of your order. If you opt for the credit/Debit card/NetBanking for refund, you will have to wait for 10 to 15 working days in order for payment to reflect in the account. The credit will reflect in your account within the working days mentioned above.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused if in case, any incident occurs during refund. The only delay you can expect is from the bank’s side and we take no accountability or control for the same. Even if you choose the option of cash on delivery, the amount will directly be transferred to your registered bank account.
