REFUND POLICY

At Painmeds365, we try our best to meet your needs and ensure that you are satisfied with our products. If we fail to meet certain criteria’s, we proceed to issue a full refund based on the following conditions.

You will be eligible for a full refund if:

  • The ordered item comes with expiry date
  • The ordered item is broken, lost or damaged during transit
  • The item ordered is defective

Mode of refund depends on the circumstances of your order. If you opt for the credit/Debit card/NetBanking for refund, you will have to wait for 7 to 10 working days in order for payment to reflect in the account. The credit will reflect in your account within the working days mentioned above.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused if in case, any incident occurs during refund. The only delay you can expect is from the bank’s side and we take no accountability or control for the same. Even if you choose the option of cash on delivery, the amount will directly be transferred to your registered bank account.
